Hatchery Planning offers automatic tray discharge conveyors to automatically feed your tray washer.
The separator pneumatically ejects the tipped tray onto the feed conveyor connected to your tray washer. This allows the operator to only touch the tray one time when placing it into the separator tipper and will increase your processing speed.
The SCS-100 Shell Vacuum system is the most complete in the industry. Using a 10 hp drive motor, the cyclone type unit removes most all small shell particles from conveyors feeding the chick room. The unit can connect to your waste vacuum system to automatically place shells in outside holding tank. With only one large filter, clean up of the SCS-100 is extremely quick. The unit is sold with Hatchery Planning separators or can be retrofitted to work with other manufacturer’s separators.
