Stock Items

Hatchery Planning Company allows many stock parts to be returned for credit. The following describes the policy on returning stock items:

1.  There is a 30% re-stocking fee (if the item has not been installed).

2.  The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment.

3.  The item must be in original packaging.

4.  An RMA # must be obtained from HAPCO before returning for credit.

5.  Ultimately HAPCO reserves all rights to refuse return for credit option on the item.

Customer is responsible for freight on all return items.

Non-Stock Items

Hatchery Planning Company follows the manufacturers requirements for return goods on all non-stock items.  The following describes the policy on returning non-stock items:

1.  There is a 5% re-stocking fee added to the manufacturers re-stocking fee (if the item has not been installed).

2.  The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment.

3.  The item must be in original packaging.

4.  An RMA # must be obtained from HAPCO before returning for credit.

5.  Ultimately HAPCO reserves all rights to refuse return for credit option on the item.

Customer is responsible for freight on all return items.
