The BXDS is constructed from high quality stainless steel throughout the unit. This allows the box destacker to handle the most demanding hatchery processing needs. It has a completely pneumatic hold and lift system to simplify the box destacking operation. Includes less moving parts and fewer electrical motors than any other destacker in the industry. The box destacker is supplied with a powered infeed conveyor for stacks of nested chick boxes. The box destacker can integrate to existing or new box handling systems in most applications.
The BXRS is constructed from #304 stainless steel throughout the unit. The box restacker is designed with a pneumatic rotate, hold and lift system to simplify the box restacking operation. With less moving parts and fewer electrical motors, the BXRS is more durable and easier to maintain throughout the life of the restacker. The versatile design allows it to be installed in existing environments and conveyor systems. The standard three stack outfeed conveyor can feed single box dolly or multi-stack delivery dollies.

The Hatchery Planning Egg Candler is designed to provide thorough and accurate information to the hatchery manager. The candler table is fitted with an incorporated waste hopper that can be connected to the facility waste system for a quick one step removal of hatchery waste during the candling process. The Candler utilizes a computer generated lens that provide directional lighting with minimum electrical consumption and zero heat dissipation.
HPC offers a four-lane chick counter with inline box feed to configure and match any hatchery layout and capacity able to count over 70,000 chicks an hour. The counter controller is operated with a user-friendly touch screen interface. The controller is also designed with automatic calibration for varying chick size. The ST/VT series of sexing and vaccinating tables are constructed from the highest quality stainless steel components available. Hatchery Planning process tables are designed to handle the most demanding hatchery floor plan with round carousel or inline systems. The process tables are supplied with chick chutes that can feed directly into boxes or chick conveyors for transport to additional process tables or a chick counter/boxing system. Hatchery Planning also offers a computerized counting system with user friendly controls that can be connected with HatchNet software to monitor and record individual flock performance and/or individual worker performance.
